All our products (patterns, mockups, eBooks, design templates) are delivered digitally and are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
2. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products:
All sales are final.
We cannot process refunds for reasons such as:

3. Exceptional Cases
